The page and the messages you receive are run for us by Canguro Media AB, a Swedish marketing agency that acts on our instructions as a processor (see section 4).

We do not use your information for automated decisions with legal or similar effects. The skin analyser produces scores and images, and your practitioner reviews and interprets them with you. It does not decide anything about you on its own.

4. Who we share it with

We use these providers, who process your information on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Your analysis photographs and report stay with the clinic and are not shared with any of the advertising or analytics providers above.

We may also share information where the law requires it, with our insurer or legal adviser in the event of a claim, and with a successor if the clinic is sold. We never sell your information.

5. International transfers

Canguro Media AB stores your information in the European Economic Area, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection. Where a provider processes information in the United States (Vercel, Twilio, Meta, Microsoft), the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. Contact us for details of the safeguard that applies to a specific provider.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have mistakes corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.

8. Marketing choices

Messages about a booking you have made (confirmations, reminders, changes) are not marketing and continue for as long as you have an appointment with us.
