Why do I pay for the analysis up front?

Paying when you book means your time is genuinely held, and you get a text confirming it within 60 seconds rather than waiting on a phone call.
Is the £49 on top of any treatment I have?
No. If you start a treatment on the day of your analysis, the £49 comes off the price of it. That is the whole point: you are not paying extra for the advice, you are paying for it first and then putting it towards the work.
What if I decide not to have any treatment?

You leave with a plan and the report on your phone.
What does the camera actually measure?
It is a MEICET AI skin analyser. It scores your skin on pigmentation, wrinkles, dark circles, acne, blackheads, sensitivity and spots, and it separates what is sitting on the surface from what is underneath. It also ranks your top concerns and shows a magnified image of that exact area of your face, so you are looking at your own skin rather than a diagram. Nothing touches you, there is no discomfort and no downtime.
Will I be pushed into buying something?
No. If a treatment is right for your skin you will hear the real price and a realistic time frame, and you can go away and think about it. If nothing in clinic is right for you, you will be told that instead. The three questions at the top of this page exist for the same reason: if now is not the right time, we would rather say so than take your £49.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Move it free with 24 hours' notice and your £49 moves with you. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not turn up, the £49 covers the time that was held for you and could not be given to anyone else.
